When the Trial Ends
When your trial ends, your boat and every record on it are kept. If you have not subscribed, the boat becomes read-only: you can still open everything and export it, and subscribing picks up where you left off.
Canceling
Your subscription renews each year until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings, under Plan and Billing: access continues through the end of the year you paid for, and after that your boat is read-only. Your records are never deleted and stay exportable. See the terms.
Just Bought Your Boat?
Drop in the survey, the purchase papers and the previous owner's invoices. They are read and filed, and the survey's findings become to-dos that each name the page they came from. Want it done for you? A one-time Boat Onboarding is $149: send us your documents and photos and we set up your boat.
